All freebies made available on iProDev, including but not limited to, icons, images, brushes, shapes, layer styles, layered PSD’s, patterns, textures, web elements and themes are free for use in both personal and commercial projects.
You may freely use my freebies, without restriction, in software programs, web templates and other materials intended for sale or distribution. No attribution or backlinks are strictly required, but play the game, it’s always nice to be credited for your work. Any form of spreading the word is always appreciated!
You are not permitted to make the resources found on iProDev available for distribution elsewhere “as is” without prior consent. If you would like to feature my resources on your site, please do not link directly to the resource zip files as these URLs change periodically, please link to the appropriate page on iProDev.com where users can find their download.

Yes. No attribution required but appreciated. Do the right thing.
Can I offer your freebies for download on my blog/site?
Not directly no. If you want to share the wealth then linking to each resource on iProDev is encouraged and sincerely appreciated. Linking directly to the zip file, or worse, repackaging your own zip file, gets my goat :(
Can I make my own freebies using yours as inspiration?
Of course, go for it! It would be nice to be credited though as that source of inspiration.
Can I pretend that your work is mine?
When sharing any work that uses my resources on sites like Dribbble or Forrst it would be nice to be credited. You want to make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside don’t you?
Can I make my own super awesome blog that offers coded versions of your work?
No. I love people coding up the odd freebie, but an entire blog dedicated to just that is probably a step too far Jack.
